Nutritional Supplements

The body is continuously generating new cells, which replace old dying cells. In fact in a year almost all cells of the body get replaced. These cells are made out of the nutrients we consumer through our food therefore it is important to take in nutrients and enzymes which are healthy.

A healthy body is a system made of smaller healthy systems and tissues, new cells can be provided a conducive environment when they are produced, a healthy environment that magnetic field therapy can help create, however it alone cannot accomplish this and a healthy lifestyle combined with adequate nutrient intake is essential to the process.

The ultimate solution to any health condition is redressing the source of the problem; however when this is not possible giving nutrient supplements can provide the body with necessary resources to optimize its function. Additionally, magnetic field therapies provide several health benefits and can address a variety of health concerns but they have to be used in combination with good nutrition and supplements.

Food and Drink

Food that is raw and in its natural state is vastly superior to packaged food. Inflammation is a symptom associated with most conditions and therefore food that is anti-inflammatory in nature like raw, fresh vegetables and fruits are considered universally beneficial.

For example, is the case of juice, a single glass of orange juice contains the sugar equivalent to six oranges. On top of that, juice contains sugar that is free of the fibers of the fruit and hence is absorbed rapidly into the bloodstream when consumed leading to a sugar rush, which is a detrimental effect. On the other hand eating the fruit itself avoids this rush and also provides benefit of bioflavonoids and fiber in the diet.

Colorful foods contain vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals like carotenoids and tend to have a higher nutrient density. Nutrient density can be defined as the amount of nutrients in a food compared to the calories present.

The choice of a being a strict vegetarian and meat eaters does not inherently influence the state of a person’s health. It is possible to have imbalance in nutrition with either diet. Consumption of cooked meat and dairy products causes oxidative stress due to free radical generation and leads to inflammation when fats in the meat get metabolized. To counteract this, fresh fruits and vegetables must be consumed. Meat eaters must take care to eat leaner meat with less fat, while vegetarians must consume enough protein as well as supplement their nutrition enough to compensate for the lesser nutrient density of plants compared to animals.

Lastly, drinking water is very important for good health. Magnetic fields are more potent and energy is transferred more efficiently in a body that is well hydrated.

General Health

Magnetic fields have been used to treat several conditions but they cannot replace what our body doesn’t have in the first place. If the body lacks certain nutrients, then they have to be taken up through a better diet or by taking supplements. Overall health cannot be maintained if there is a nutrient imbalance within the body.

Most food that we eat lacks the nutrient content that the body requires, even vegetables and fruits that have been cultivated in a non-organic fashion lack enough nutrients to cover all our needs. It is therefore advised that a person takes a good multi vitamin and other essential supplements to act as a failsafe incase the body has deficiencies since nutrient balance helps the body function optimally when is essential for it to counteract health conditions as well.

The following supplements are recommended along with any multivitamin,

  • Twice daily, Purity’s Perfect Multi 2

  • Daily, 2000-5000 IU of vitamin D3

  • Twice daily, 1000-3000 mg of omega fatty acids

  • As a preventive measure and basic wellness, an optional dose of twice daily, 500 mg of green tea extract.

  • Daily, 350-500 mg of Magnesium, but not in oxide form.

Magnetic therapies influence exert their effects by influencing calcium movement in and out of cells, during movement calcium will combine with magnesium and therefore a deficiency of magnesium can render the magnetic therapy’s effects negligible. In order to fully receive the benefits of the therapy it is important to have good magnesium levels in the body and hence supplement is required.

Detoxification

The intake of nutrients in required amounts leads to a well-functioning detoxification process in the body. The body ingests toxins in several ways including those from the environment, pesticides and insecticides, due to fungal and viral infections, heavy metals etc. and it is important that the body eliminate these toxins from the body regardless of whether magnetic therapies are used.

PEMFs stimulated healing process extracts toxins from the cells and leads to their accumulation on the GI tract. Toxins are detoxified in a few body organs like the kidneys, the gut, the skin and the liver. From the gut however these toxins can renter the bloodstream and lead to recirculation of the toxin therefore the aim is to trap the toxins in the gut after they are expelled there otherwise they will not be excreted from the body.

Some other unconventional supplements that aid the detox process are as following,

  • As an ant-inflammatory and detoxifying agent, daily 10g of the algae Chorella pyrenoidosa.

  • If fat is being consumed, 1-2 Chitosan with each meal.

Pain is an indication of something being wrong in the body and can have various causes. It is important to identify and rectify the cause of pain. The most common cause is Inflammation and can be treated with ant inflammatory agents.
