How Sedona PEMF mat shipping works
Sedona mats (Pro, Pro Plus, Elite) and the Sedona PEMF Chair ship as standard international parcels with published flat rates at checkout. Just add the product to your cart and choose your country — the shipping price appears with the total. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International.
How MegaPulse international shipping works
MegaPulse systems are heavier, higher-value units built here in Southern California. Because international shipping rates for a MegaPulse depend on your exact model, accessories, and destination country, we quote every international MegaPulse order individually rather than charging an inaccurate automated rate at checkout.
Typical MegaPulse shipping crate: approximately 24 × 20 × 18 inches (61 × 51 × 46 cm), 40–60 lb (18–27 kg). Ships via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or UPS Worldwide.

Duties, taxes, and customs
Import duties, VAT, GST, and other customs charges are the customer’s responsibility and are billed by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If you’d like an estimate of typical duties for your country before ordering, ask us and we’ll help you check.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus local payment methods where available in your country, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC. All prices are shown in US dollars; your card issuer will convert to your local currency.
Warranty and support
Every device we ship carries the same manufacturer warranty worldwide. Support, training, and application questions are answered from San Diego by email and by phone, and we work with practitioners and customers across every time zone.
